IJS Protocol Submission

Beginning with any non-qualifying competition held after November 1, 2017, athletes may earn credit for a test by achieving a minimum score in a competition using the International Judging System (IJS) for juvenile through senior pairs, free dance and and free skate tests, as well as the adult gold free skate test.

To submit for test credit, the IJS Protocol Sheet(s) from the US Figure Skating sanctioned competition where the skater achieved the passing score must be submitted to YOUR home club test chair within 1 year of the date of the competition skated. Fees for IJS Protocol include US Figure Skating Processing/Individual Club processing and the USFS badge and pin/medallion.  Please register for the appropriate test and pay the fees through EntryEeze before submitting IJS protocol sheets.

Future Test Sessions

  • AFSC is working on scheduling our future test sessions – please check back for updates.
  • If you are a skater wishing to take a pre-preliminary or preliminary test outside of a test session, please contact testchair@austinfsc.com for assistance.

General Test Information

  • If any non-local judges are required and the fee was not collected with online registration, an additional $15 fee per judge will be collected at the test session.  All registrants will be notified if this occurs.
  • AFSC is only accepting online registrations through EntryEeze for all tests, no more paper forms.
  • Please see the information page for details on test fees and how to register for a test session, as well as our test session policies.
